We will work together to find the program that suits you best. We work through three main programs:
Home at Last (HAL)
Permanent housing for homeless individuals with disabilities and homeless families with at least one person that has a disability.
A transitional housing program, in six upstate counties. The program provides housing, intensive case management, and other supportive services to help participants work towards self-sufficiency.
The HOME program is permanent housing for people with a disability. UHC provides housing and case management.
The United Housing Connections is building housing throughout Upstate South Carolina. These developments are homes to some of our most in need citizens. The communities offer the residents a safe and affordable place to call home. By continuing to increase the supply of
affordable housing for people with low income, the UHC is reducing the need for people to become homeless, and allowing them to reach their potential.
