Miracle Hill Renewal Center

Services: homeless and/or low income women in early recovery from substance abuse, alcohol and other drug dependency. Licensed by DHEC as a residential care facility; assists women with treatment for their substance abuse condition. Offers case management, individual and group counseling, education and life skill classes, and transportation to residents.

Service: a Christian rehabilitation center for alcoholics and drug addicts. It is based on the fundamental belief that the solutions to problems caused by drugs and alcohol can be found through faith in God.

The Open Door Christian Center

Services: outreach, transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, seeks out the homeless, transportation to and from job interviews. The shelter is for single homeless men only and offers rehabilitation for drug and alcohol abuse in 90 day program. Helps find employment, transitional housing nine-month program, and works with other programs.

Serenity Place – Women’s Residential

Services: offers transitional housing with case management to women who are recovering from addictions, are pregnant or parenting long term; therapeutic child treatment day care for children who have developmental delays; in-home services for families who try to remain together when addiction is involved. They work directly with the Phoenix Center.
