Affordable Housing
Our Properties
United Housing Connections is proud to own or manage more than 150 single family homes, as well as 254 multi-family units, across the Upstate. Each of these units is considered an affordable home, and we’re deeply committed to expanding accessible housing options across our community. Through our participation in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program with SC State Housing, we transform foreclosed units into safe, sustainable housing options for our community.

Various government-sponsored programs and community initiatives allow us to offer affordable and sustainable housing options to qualifying families and individuals with very low or fixed incomes. Additionally, we offer tenant services and resources to set our clients up for success every step of the way. If you would like to see our list of homes please click here. https://www.rentcafe.com
